Seeing as it is the Christmas season, it seems appropriate to spotlight one of our nonprofit clients. First Step House, who provides recovery for people struggling with substance use and behavioral health disorders, has a goal to create an environment that fosters, supports, and enables long-term recovery for these individuals. They recently launched their new brand identity—and Epic Marketing was thrilled to play a part.

The First Step House is a wonderful organization that provides huge value to the local downtown Salt Lake community. We respect their organization and the work they are doing. They are an incredible asset to the city and its people. However, First Step House realized that they needed to revamp their brand as they moved into the newest phase of their journey—the building of a new recovery campus. That’s where Epic Marketing came in.

We undertook a comprehensive brand audit in order to have an in-depth look at the First Step House organization. We identified key strategies and messaging that needed to be included in the revamp. We worked to maintain their rich history, symbolized in the image of a historic church, while moving them forward as a leading organization in client-driven, evidence-based treatment.

Epic Marketing initiated a complete visual identity overhaul, including a logo redesign, core collateral, and a newly-designed website. The result? A beautiful new look with aesthetic appeal and quality content that best aligns with their organization’s goals as they welcome in this new era. Epic Marketing is excited to continue our relationship with First Step House and help grow the organization and its capital campaign.
