Epic Marketing is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Director who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns on both Google & Facebook for clients across both B2B and B2C business.

    The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for managing, hiring and developing the digital team and developing, coordinating and implementing all SEM, Social and SEO strategies for our company as well as our clients. They serve as a key member of the leadership team and are responsible to help build a professional and positive culture within the agency. The individual will be goal oriented, driven to grow the departments services and revenue, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have outstanding interpersonal skills. This is a role that is interacting with clients as well as working closely with the company account managers, design and developer team members to make sure that the goals of the clients are achieved.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee a team of digital specialists to design and execute the overall strategy for successful SEO/SEM/SMO campaigns, maximizing visibility; monitoring and improving rankings through development and execution of SEO/SEM/SMO strategies in a competitive industry.

    • Participate as a key member of the leadership team and report in regular leadership meetings on project development, timelines, and results.

    • Hire, train and develop digital team members and contractors to perform at high levels in meeting client needs,

    • Foster a positive culture and encourage professional development within the digital team.

    • Communicate and collaborate regularly with key members of the leadership team to ensure efficient workflow and client success.

    • Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.

    • Provide SEO/SEM/SMO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.

    • Provide recommendations and execute and manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals both general and keyword-specific.

    • Help to create and support marketing content for social media purposes (customer videos, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers).

    • Develop and implement link building campaigns.

    • Develop, manage, and execute communication and content strategies via social communities in coordination with client goals.

    • Accountable for growth and health of digital business (new & existing).

    • Implement and administer search engine programs (Citations, XML sitemaps, and webmaster tools).

    • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings.

    • Research and administer social media tools in support of clients’ social media strategy.

    • Monitor and evaluate web analytics and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies.

    • Oversee and contribute to the company blog and social media community.

    • Other projects and duties as assigned.

    This is an hybrid position in our Sandy, UT office. This position is full-time.

    Salary: $90,000 to $140,000 DOE
